Where is my refund?

The POLi system facilitates a payment transaction in order to transfer funds from your bank account to the Merchant’s bank account. When you confirm the payment your funds are transferred directly to the merchant’s bank account.

If the merchant agrees to refund your purchase, they are responsible for crediting your bank account. The time taken by merchants to process a refund varies. Any enquiries about a refund you are expecting should be directed to the merchant.
