Using POLi at any participating business is a piece of cake.
If you see POLi as a payment option, simply choose that instead of credit card, Buy Now/Pay Later, or an alternative payment type.
You don’t need to make a POLi account - the only login information you’ll need is your regular bank details.
Is POLi secure?
When you pay with POLi, you’re paying with your regular bank account. That means the payment is authenticated and protected by your bank. Your confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party, including POLi.
And it's free?
Yes. We don’t charge any business’s customers to use POLi. That means, unlike many other payment types, there are no surcharges or transaction fees.
You also won’t accrue debt with POLi, meaning there are no admin fees, late fees or penalty interest to think about. POLi is simply a fast way to transfer money directly from your bank account to a business.
