Updating/Changing MMS Account Information
If you would like to update your account information in our Merco Merchant Services (MMS) portal, please follow the instructions below:
To view your company information, please click on the Cog next to “Third Party Connectors”
Once clicked, you are able to update the following information:
– Login password: This is your Merco Merchant Services login password and can be updated to a password with a minimum of 10 characters, with an uppercase letter, digit and one of the following !@$^
– Notification Email Address: This email address will receive payment notifications.
– About You: This text will be displayed to your customer when they click on a Pay Now with POLi button or link.
– Homepage web address: This URL will allow your customers to manually redirect to a chosen webpage upon completing a payment.
– Successful payment message: This message will appear once a payment has been completed.
Upon making any changes, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes”
